What is TISAX Certification?

TISAX is a robust and internationally recognized assessment and exchange mechanism specifically designed for information security in the automotive industry. It provides a standardized approach to evaluating and managing information security within the supply chain. Developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), TISAX ensures that organizations meet stringent security requirements while handling confidential information.

TISAX Label Process

Bureau Veritas, an independent audit firm, conducted comprehensive assessments through on-site and virtual audits of Support sites to verify our compliance with the TISAX framework. The process involved a thorough review of Support’s procedures and technical safeguards including user access management, security and privacy trainings, operational security, network security, encryption standards, password management, business continuity, risk management and many more.

Achieving the TISAX® label reflects our unwavering commitment to protecting our customers’ data, and positions us as a trusted partner within the automotive industry. This achievement is a result of the collective effort and dedication of the Support team, and we are immensely proud of this accomplishment.
