Meet Our Leaders

Rajiv is the Chief Revenue Officer for HCLSoftware and is responsible for revenue growth across HCLSoftware Business. He is also responsible for marketing, customer advocacy and professional services for HCLSoftware.
Over his 25 years at HCL he has been responsible for developing several transformational and business partnerships for HCL. Including the first gain share program in software, incubating HCL’s businesses in Imaging and Workflow, SAP, Data Analysis and State and Local Government. He has played a pivotal role in establishing HCL’s business in ASEAN and State and local Government.
Prior to this role Rajiv was leading Digital Engineering services for HCL’s Engineering and R&D business. Rajiv was additionally responsible for HCL’s fast growing Software and Internet business segment. He has managed HCL’s Engineering business several industry segments including Aerospace, Medical devices, Industrial, Automotive and Office Automation business.
Rajiv has worked closely with HCL Chairman’s office and CEO in innovating business models to develop large transformational business relationships for HCL.
Rajiv graduated in Electrical Engineering from a prestigious Institute in India. He currently lives in the Boston area in the USA.

Kalyan Kumar (KK) is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for HCLSoftware.
As Chief Product Officer of HCLSoftware, KK leads product strategy, product specialists / technical advisors, professional services, product management, engineering and operations for the business.
Over the past two decades, KK has played various roles across solutions, business development, alliance management, practice and delivery across IT and digital services in HCL Technologies. Starting with Infrastructure Management Services in 2000, KK lead the entire Digital Foundation Practice for over five years driving peak growth. He has deep product management and product engineering leadership experience including the formation of the DRYiCE.AI Software Division which pioneered new ways to deliver outcome based AIOPS and Service Orchestration Products and Platforms as well as leading the world's first BSM SaaS Platform - MTaaS in 2008.
KK is a member of Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CIO Network and the CNBC Technology Executive Council. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and the World Economic Forum Global Future Council 2020 and 2021 for Quantum Computing. KK was also named in the Top 100 Technology Leaders of 2021 in Technology Magazine. He serves on the board of two start-ups and a midsize technology company in the hybrid data / analytics domain, and has co-authored eight books spanning the domains of service management, XaaS, CloudNative and process re-engineering.
Outside of work, KK is deeply committed to creating social impact through sports. He is a Trustee of a London-based charity involved in engaging state school students in the game of cricket. He is also Vice Chairman of Tower Hamlets Cricket Club (THCC) and is a Patron of the Cricket Performance Group - CricFitSport. KK is a life member of the prestigious Marylebone Cricket Club (Lords) and has memberships in eight additional County Cricket Clubs in England.
KK lives in Royal Tunbridge Wells, England, with his wife and son. In his free time he loves watching and playing cricket, reading and playing music.

James has an impressive career spanning over 27 years, during which he has held key leadership positions in software and services companies across the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa. His diverse experience promises to be invaluable in our transformation journey.
James has led sales transformation at Alight and Infor in senior leadership roles in software sales. He has led their journey to the cloud. James is a whale hunter and has remarkable ability to create large deals of great value for his clients.
In his leisure time, he enjoys skiing, soccer, golf and exploring the globe through travel.
James’ impressive track record and commitment to driving growth align seamlessly with HCLSoftware’ s vision and goals.

Marcelo Cabane, has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, leading global teams, delivering high-performance results, and creating value for customers and partners.
He has a proven track record of building and running successful software businesses, from vision to execution, with a lean and data-driven approach.
Responsible for HCL Software’s clients’ experience and subscription renewals globally. From onboarding to expansion, attrition prevention, and recovery, we assist our customers to thrive by leveraging our advanced software technologies.
He work with a multicultural and talented team of professionals and a loyal network of business partners, delighting more than 6500 clients across 140 countries. My mission is to unleash the potential of our legendary and new products, delivering on promises and realizing value for our clients.
He is also a passionate certified private pilot, a decent skier and tennis player, and a Scuderia Ferrari “Tifosi.”

David runs the Global Commercial Operations function within HCL Software. He is responsible for all aspects of the Commercial business including Sales Ops and Reporting, Learning and Development, Target Setting and Attainment Tracking, Sales Transformation, the Deal Desk and Product Pricing. David also runs the US Federal business. David has been with HCL Software since July 2018 and previously ran sales for North America and Asia Pacific.

Amit Gupta

With more than 25 years of tech sales experience at HCLTech and HCLSoftware, Amit brings a unique ‘partner-first’ mindset to recruit and engage a diverse partner ecosystem for mutual success.
As Global Head of DRYiCETM, the AI & Intelligent Automation business segment at HCLSoftware, Amit is accountable for spearheading the overall GTM strategy and day-to-day execution. Under his leadership, DRYiCE develops and offers a complete suite of AI-infused software to the marketplace, addressing enterprise IT and Business Operations value chain. Navin is Chief Architect at DRYiCE™ HCLSW. Navin is Responsible for innovation, pre sales, and delivery of award winning Autonomics Platforms for HCLSW. Navin is an Innovator, Thought Leader, and Author in areas of AI and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Software Product Development, Engineering and R&D.
Navin holds 8 Patents in the AIOPs domain and has published 20+ books on AIOPS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Technologies and Machine Learning.

Shashidhar Krishnamurthy is Senior Vice President and Industry Solutions Principal for Telcom and 5G at HCLSoftware. He has over 3+ decades of experience in Telecom domain and has deep understanding of the challenges faced by the Industry.
Shashi stays updated with industry and technology trends and drives innovation and growth by identifying new business opportunities and go to market strategies. He has proven track record of leading high performance engineering teams and envisioning and delivering market leading innovative products and solutions.
Shashi has over the years held several leadership positions in Delivery, Business Development and Solution Strategy at HCL. Shashi also holds 10+ patents and has also authored/co-authored 20+ papers, conference presentations and magazine articles.
Shashi’s area of expertise includes 5G, LTE, AI/ML, Cloud Native architecture, wireless Xhaul, Wifi6 and Controllers, Internet of things and unified communications

Passionate Sales Leader that believes in leading from the front and working as a team. Experience internationally as a General Manager and as a North America based functional leader in Sales Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, PreSales Management and Marketing. Majority of career has been focused in the Information Management and Security Industry with hardware and software based solutions. Most recent involvement with developing GTM Cloud Strategies and SaaS offerings and helping companies transition to the Cloud.
Specialties: Strong market vision, team building and execution/operational capabilities. Able to design winning GTM business strategies, build effective matrix win teams, and execute in multi-dimensional go to market models. Very effective in complex environments, creating innovation solutions, and building a hyper growth business.

Dakshin has over 3 decades of experience in HCL working in various roles – both in products and services. He helped create multiple teams in HCL, and his passion is in conceptualizing, developing and taking to market products that touch lives of people. At the fore-front of technology through out his career, Dakshin is currently leading HCLSoftware Research center – SPARC (Software Products Advance Research Center) – helping build better products in HCLSoftware, and business head of CAPS (Customer Anchored Product Services), helping in co-development of products with our customers along with IP partnership.

Kristin Hazlewood is the Senior Vice President for BigFix at HCLSoftware, responsible for all aspects of BigFix product strategy, execution, and operations.
Kristin has more than 20+ years of experience in the software industry, leading product development organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Most recently Kristin led the BigFix transition from IBM to HCLSoftware, successfully establishing the business at HCL and growing market share. Kristin was influential in the formation of the HCLSoftware Federal business. Most notably defining secure software engineering and support protocols protecting product integrity and earning the trust of US Federal Government Agencies.
An acknowledged expert in endpoint management and security, Kristin holds 35+ software patents.

Raj Iyer is the Executive Vice-President and Portfolio GM at HCLSoftware. In this role Raj has end-to- end P&L responsibility for a number of product lines including Customer Experience, UEM, Automation and Secure DevOps portfolios. Raj is additionally responsible for product management across HCLSoftware where he oversees the modernization and cloudification of the HCLSoftware portfolio. Raj has been with HCLSoftware since November 2017 and was instrumental in helping it grow from $1.5 Billion from a few hundred million dollars in revenue.
Prior to this, between April 2014 – October 2017, Raj was the General Manager of ASEAN at DXC – the services major that was formed by the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation and HP Enterprise Services. In this role Raj was responsible for DXC’s ASEAN business.
Prior to this, between May 2005 – March 2014, Raj was also at IBM where he held several executive leadership roles in the Growth Markets Unit, India/South Asia, ASEAN and the US composing and implementing cross-brand solutions for IBM’s largest customers across the world. Raj has worked for three Silicon Valley startups, in product, sales and general management roles.
Raj lives in Chicago, United States. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors) and has conducted original research in AI/ML at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, India.

Luca is the Vice President and General Manager for Automation, Devops & Mainframe portfolio at HCLSoftware, responsible for strategy, engineering, pre-sales, services and operations.
As one of the founder of HCLSoftware, Luca led most of the transition from IBM to HCL, successfully establishing a new IP Partnership business model between IBM and HCL and growing profit and market share through two software line.
Luca has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, leading software development organizations, support and services. He is a former Physician and he has an MBA from Warwick University, UK. An innovator himself, Luca has 3 patents and 14 publications, and he lead multiple innovative projects with AI/ML/VR, fostering creativity and practical innovation that differentiate HCLSoftware.

Richard is a software executive / techy with over twenty years of experience building amazing products, solutions and teams. He enjoy engaging with customers and partners in creating Digital Transformation solutions (Low Code, Collaboration, Customer Experience) that differentiate their brands and overall customer experiences. He has extensive expertise in establishing a clear vision / strategy, leading revenue / market growth, delivering engineering / innovation, empowering world class sales and marketing capabilities / programs while focused on building an enabled, engaged and empowered culture / team.
Richard has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Cisco and Starwood Hotels focusing on delivering world class software, IT, cloud ops for global customers - as well as global teams.

Leigh has over 20+ years experience working in global technology organizations, leading teams in Human resources and Sales operations. Prior to joining the company, she was the Global HR Leader and business partner for Customer Experience Solutions at Infor. Leigh earned her bachelor’s degree in business from, West Chester University and her master’s degree in human resource development, from the Villanova University. She is a member of CHIEF and holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.

Rumela Kaul
Vice President, Human Resources
Rumela Kaul is the Vice President, Human Resources with 25+ years of experience in diverse HR roles globally team and has been a part of HCL since 2007. Currently, she partners with Chief Revenue Officer in creating & executing People Strategy and Talent Management in order to build a high performing GTM organization for HCL Software. Prior to the current role, she was leading large and complex employee transitions/rebadging while partnering with clients globally.
Rumela is a certified PCMM Level 5 assessor by TeraQuest and continues to focus on making process improvements in the HR areas under her scope of influence. Rumela has her MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and had received a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI and is based out of Chicago area in the US.
