Changes Coming to the Way You Access New HCLSoftware Releases

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we have exciting updates to share. Coming later this year, we will be launching our brand new software download portal for DevOps. This new portal called ‘My HCLSoftware’ (MHS for short) has been designed based on your feedback to offer a simpler and clearer route to getting the latest releases, licenses, and updates for your DevOps purchases.

Transition From the Existing Downloads Portal

Starting in September 2024, we will not be uploading new versions or fixes to the existing download portal. This means that you will no longer use the current portal to obtain and manage your HCLSoftware downloads and licenses for products released on or after this date. Coming in September is our planned launch of DevOps 2024.09; and the products listed in the table below will be the first to be made available through ‘My HCLSoftware’.

End of Support for the Current Download Portal

The official End of Support (EOS) for the current portal is set for June 2025. All the DevOps product licenses and downloads obtained before the September 2024 release will continue to be available in the current portal until June 2025.

New Licensing and Download Portal

Our team is diligently working on a new and improved licensing portal that will replace the current license management portal. HCLSoftware has developed a new licensing platform offering enhanced features, better performance, and improved security. The new portal is scheduled to be operational by September 2024. We will keep you informed about its progress and provide detailed instructions on how to migrate to the new portal in a future update.
