HCL Domino Portfolio Download Packages Now Available Exclusively on My HCLSoftware

We are delighted to announce a significant enhancement to our product distribution. Starting July 29, 2024, the software download packages for all current and future HCL Domino portfolio product releases, including HCL Sametime and components such as HCL Nomad, HCL Verse, HCL Domino Leap, and HCL Notes will be exclusively available through the My HCLSoftware (MHS) portal. 

Simplify Access and Enhance the User Experience

This step signifies the initial phase of a larger initiative to simplify access to all our Digital Solutions products through a single, user-friendly portal. The MHS portal has been designed to provide a seamless user experience, ensuring that our customers and partners can efficiently access the download packages they need. 

Early feedback from our beta testers is overwhelmingly positive, with one user stating "I tried the download portal, works perfectly, is clean and easy to use. Nothing else to add here except, when can we get this for production?" Similarly, another satisfied customer remarked, "What a great enhancement with the new Download Portal!!! Please make this the default.” Such testimonials emphasize our dedication to improving user satisfaction and streamlining the download process.

Next Step – Deliver a Unified Experience for All Digital Solutions Products

This initial phase will be followed by subsequent rollouts, which will include our other Digital Solutions products such as Connections, Digital Experience, Leap, and Volt MX. Our goal is to provide a unified and intuitive experience for all customers, making it easier than ever to access the full suite of the Digital Solutions product portfolio. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to improve and expand the capabilities of the MHS portal.

We encourage all users to begin using the My HCLSoftware portal, where they will be authenticated using the same HCLSoftware ID and single-sign-on system used for our other portals such as HCLSoftware Customer Support. 

How to Access My HCLSoftware Portal

To view and download software from My HCLSoftware, you must be a registered user and a member of an entitled Account in the HCLSoftware License & Download portal. Please follow these instructions:

If you are already registered and have created an HCLSoftware ID, navigate to the My HCLSoftware portal.

• Click on Sign in.
• If required, authenticate using your HCLSoftware ID credentials. You will now be logged in to the portal.

If you are not currently registered, follow these instructions in KB0069114 to gain access to the MHS portal.

Note:

• Nomad for Android and iOS, Verse for Android and iOS, and Sametime for Android and iOS will continue to be available in the Play Store and App Store.
• The iOS apps are only available in the Apple App Store.
• US Federal Customers will continue to obtain HCLSoftware products from Fourtress.
