End of Support for HCL DevOps Model RealTime (formerly HCL RTist) 11.3 (all versions 2023.04 - 2023.49); 12.0.0; 12.0.1; and 12.0.2

As we continuously evolve our products to meet the ever-changing demands of the software development landscape, it’s crucial to ensure that our offerings are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards. To this end, we are announcing the End of Support (EOS) for HCL DevOps Model RealTime (formerly HCL RTist) 11.3 (all versions 2023.04 - 2023.49); 12.0.0; 12.0.1; and 12.0.2. Effective June 30, 2025.

Until then, all licenses and downloads obtained before September 1, 2024, will remain available on the current platform.

What Does This Mean?

“End of Support” means that after the specified date, HCL DevOps Model RealTime 11.3 (all versions 2023.04 - 2023.49); 12.0.0; 12.0.1; 12.0.2 will no longer receive technical support, including patches, bug fixes, and security updates. This step allows us to focus our resources on enhancing newer versions of HCL DevOps Model RealTime, ensuring that our customers have access to the most advanced features, security improvements, and performance optimizations.

By moving away from older versions like 11.3 (all versions 2023.04 - 2023.49); 12.0.0; 12.0.1; and 12.0.2, we can dedicate more time and effort to developing innovations and improvements that our customers need in order to stay competitive.
