Steps to enable TLS 1.3 in the Microsoft Edge browser:
- Open Internet Options from the Start menu.
- Go to Advanced Tabà Security and enable the Use TLS 1.3 (experimental) protocol.
- Click Apply and then OK.
Steps to view the TLS version in the Microsoft Edge browser:
- Open or relaunch the Microsoft Edge browser.
- Click on the menu icon
- Go to More Tools à Developer Tools à Security.
Steps to enable TLS 1.3 in Chrome browser:
- Open the Chrome browser.
- Enter Chrome://flags in the address bar.
- Enter TLS in the search flags box.
- Enable the below two options:
- Allow SHA-1 server signatures in TLS.
- Encrypted ClientHello.
- Click on Relaunch.
Steps to view the TLS version in Chrome browser:
- Relaunch the Chrome browser.
- Click on the Menu icon .
- Go to More Tools à Developer Tools à Security.
Steps to enable TLS 1.3 in Firefox browser:
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Enter about:config in the address bar.
- Enter security.tls in the search box.
- Set the Integer value for security.tls.version.max to 4.
- Set the Integer value for security.tls.version.min to 3.
- Relaunch the Firefox Browser.
Steps to view TLS 1.3 in the Firefox browser:
- Relaunch the Firefox browser.
- Click on the Menu icon .
- Go to More Tools à Web Developer Tools à Security.
