End of Support



Once a specific version or release reaches end of support (EOS) access to entitled technical support will no longer be available. If a version or release of your software is approaching 'End of support', customers can exercise either of the following options to preserve their interest:


Option 1:


Upgrade to a new version or release. This is the best options as you get access to the latest and the greatest with quality support.


Option 2:


Purchase HCL software Extended Support contract. This allows you to get product fixes and engage with HCL support professionals for use and defect support after your End of Support date is reached. They are NOT available for all products.
