HERO combines tracking of specialized BigFix KPIs (stored in a Big Data platform) and machine-learning capabilities to recognize, for instance, when the FillDB buffer directory increases unexpectedly, and thus raise the risk level.
Run The Solution
The operator can change the BigFix Server configuration to allow, for instance, FillDB to start working again as needed. HERO provides instruction for the operators, and automatically executes the recovery procedure when possible.
