  • Comparative Insights: The top pane provides comparative Productivity, Effort and Output Trends for a similar previous calendar duration, and with parent team. These trends highlight percentage improvements or reduction
  • Effort-Output Correlation Map: Offers a comprehensive, rolled-up Bubble chart visualization of your hierarchical reporting teams. Managers can intuitively gauge and seamlessly drill down with a single click to any required team within the hierarchy. This map serves as a valuable tool in identifying high performing teams or teams requiring attention
  • In-Depth Analysis: Each team is represented by a Bubble on the Effort-Output Correlation Map. The Bubble’s size corresponds to the team's size (#members). By clicking on a team's Bubble, you can access detailed insights into sub-teams and delve deeper into productivity dynamics
