This plugin works with BMC Remedy Action Request System Version 7.1 and later.
This plugin requires HCL Launch version 7.0 or later.
This plugin supports agents on all operating systems supported by the HCL Launch agent, except for z/OS.

To use the BMC Remedy Action Request System plugin, include steps from the step palette into your process.
