Dots
Dots are what we call the visual representation of work items in the value stream. Each Dot represents a unique work item, and the symbols inside the Dot tell you the status of that work item.
History
HCL Accelerate offers full traceability through the history section that shows you who did what and when for each work item.
Legend
Each Dot represents key components of the value stream with different symbols. For example, a square with a red outline represents a pull request that has an alert on it.
Track flow
Using the Swim Lanes view, you can see who has too much on their plate and who needs support. Team leads can use this info to redistribute work and offer help to team members to reach business goals.
Balance work
The Swim Lanes view reorganizes your original value steam based on assigned user. You can use this view to identify who owns specific work items and how far along these items are in the Value Stream. Take your agile ceremonies to the next level by being able to spot who needs help or which items might be stuck.
Dashboards full of data
Dashboards give you a broad overview of your key metrics by showing you trends over time so you can spot problem areas and opportunities to drive business agility. You can download this data as a csv or excel file to share outside of HCL Accelerate.
