Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. It can serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts or service contracts and can be reached at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, HCL does not participate in optional dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board in Germany and Austria, as we do not offer consumer products.
